If these new drugs prove to function as well in the field as in tests, we could theoretically wipe HIV from the Earth in about 60-100 years.  Who would have thought that the cure to HIV was not a vaccine or anti-virus… but a prevention drug.

All it would take is a lot of money and governments working together to supply every human being in the world with a supply of the drug for a lifetime, and HIV could be extinct in less than a century.  I’m actually waiting for them to come up with a “shot” you could take once a year, now that would be cost effective and much more readily available to the entire population of Earth.

But, good luck getting that one to fly.

Although I may not agree with this man’s morality or opinion, it does raise my brow.  Is our legal system inherent of inequities for men’s rights when it comes to children?  Is it as simple as ‘you do the crime, you do the time’ ?  Putting all of your pro-life/pro-choice dogma behind you, what does this article say to you?

Obviously this situation doesn’t apply to either Caitlin or myself, I just think it was an interesting article =D 

I got summoned for jury duty again, looks like I actually have to go this time.  I’ve been feeling very mothery lately I’m going to crochet a blanket and make a tooth fairy pillow for baby.  I had to start buying maternity clothes last week.  I woke up one day and my pants just did not fit.  Maybe it was because I gained 12 pounds this month…  that isn’t supposed to happen fyi. 

All Newton’s warts fell off and are currently being mailed to Rhiannon. hahaha.

For those of you who might care:  IBM’s new data transfer technology.  Yes, it does day one-hundred-two gigabyte per second transfer.

For those of you that have no idea what this means: In a few years you’ll be able to fill your brand new 60gb Ipod completely full to the brim in a little bit over a half-of-one-second.  Yes, you heard me right.

Alternatively, you could theoretically transfer 25 DVD’s in less than a second.

Click for wedding photosNow in our gallery you can view over 350 wedding photos.  Yes, we’re aware that it is quite a bit, but you only get married once, eh?  Don’t bother right-click-save-as any of them, we’ll post at a later date a link to a .zip file that will contain all the pictures in their full size.  Only problem is, there are about 1.8Gb of pictures!!  We’ve managed to cut down the pictures contained on this site from the originals which were in 3200×1800 resolution, and numbered about 700 total.  

As for family members that might read this, you can expect we’ll be mailing you a CD filled with the pics, along with a DvD slideshow.  Until then, enjoy these!
