John and Caitlin met while in college at the University of North Texas where they were both studying Music Education.  As a family we’ve traveled quite a bit: first in Texas, then New York, then to Atlanta, and now finally in Raleigh, NC (all in less than 5 years!).  Just a few quick things about us all:

John:

• Works as a Director of Managed Services for a company right next to the Carolina Hurricane’s arena
• Is an avid golfer, having played about 2 solid years - consistently shoots in the 80’s.  Hit his first hole in one was Sept. 3rd, 2008
• Enjoys wrestling with Dominic and playing the belly-button game
• Has not found the end of the internet since it was invented
• Is an accomplished Saxophonist
• Is not allowed to cook anything not originating from a box

Caitlin:

• Is a full-time stay at home Mom of Dominic
• Is a very accomplished percussionist and currently takes lessons from the principal of the Raleigh Symphony Orchestra
• Enjoys sewing and reading a decent book late at night
• TMZ and PerezHilton know her IP address by heart
• Can sometimes be found listening to a good Journey song
• Loves a good pierogi

Dominic:

• Can count to 10
• His favorite color is purple and pink
• Can be found outside playing golf for hours on end - he’s a better golfer than his father
• Has been known to take his lawnmower to the creek to cut the grass, but neglects to tell his parents
• Buck-Buck the duck is his best friend (has since changed his name to just plain ‘Bucky’)
• Sings songs, but interjects his own words repeatedly such as ‘grapes’  or ‘mommy’  or  ‘apple’
• Changed his own name to ‘Barry’ for about 2 weeks.
